About Alina:

Alina is an economic development, global real estate and Proptech consultant, speaker and investor based in San Francisco, California. She offers solutions for different aspects of PropTech solution implementation, global real estate, advising on business development, marketing, transactions, real estate practice and ethics, education, and volunteering. Throughout her career, she prides herself in connecting the private, government and non-governmental sectors, with SDG 17 and ESG principles in mind.

She holds a PhD in Economics, with emphasis on globalization, Romanian National Academy, a UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Blockchain in Business -Executive Course designation and a California Real Estate Broker License.

Alina is part of NAR/ Real Estate Business Institute(REBI) Faculty Member -Certified International Real Estate (CIPS), SRS ( Seller Specialist Representative) and RENE ( Real Estate Negotiation Expert)  designation instructor. She is also the author of her own international real estate course, which is being offered in partnership with Slovak Real Estate Association ( NARKS).

She is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).

Rusmin is a global entrepreneur, well known as Global Ambassador of Real Estate Indonesia.(REI)

He also serves as Chairman of Regional Developments Committee of Indonesia, Chamber Of Commerce and industry(KADIN), the Global Ambassador of Asia Proptech (HK), and the Vice President of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Developers Association. He is in charge of Foreign Affairs, Board Member of Indonesia - Hong Kong Business Association. He is President of FIABCI Asia Pacific region, and a member of the International Board of Directors. He was the FIABCI Representative to United Nation Geneva 2021-2022.

He is Co-Chair of Business & Industry Committee for the General Assembly Partners (GAP) Paris , a UN Habitat think tank, and Co-Chair at The City We need must be Affordable , a FIABCI program endorsed by UN Habitat since 2017. He also serves as International Advisor of Fundacion Metropoli, Spain, and Middle East Cities Center, Dubai.
